As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting marketing initiatives:
Engage directly with customers at events and retail promotions
Answer questions, provide product or campaign information, and resolve inquiries
Assist with event setup, displays, and day-to-day operations
Support marketing and outreach efforts to expand client visibility
Work closely with team members to meet campaign and performance goals
Represent our clients professionally and positively at all times
We’re looking for motivated individuals who:
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Are positive, reliable, and eager to learn new skills
Enjoy working with people in fast-paced, social environments
Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Can start immediately or within the next few weeks
