About the role Join our dynamic Human Resources team at Boston Scientific as an HR Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the HR Operations function and assist additional global teams, including Corporate Clinical. You'll play a key role in driving efficiency, supporting cross‑functional initiatives, and contributing to both domestic and global projects that impact our people and business. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinate, organize, and/or lead tasks in support of HR programs and initiatives, including those involving general HR and employees Manage billing and invoicing for the department, including approval maintenance and budget tracking Prepare internal communications (e.g., videos, presentations) for team and leadership audiences Participate in agenda planning and coordinate logistics for team meetings, HR town halls, and events Handle confidential information and operate under tight deadlines Coordinate training sessions and seminars as needed Gather and prepare data for HR initiatives and programs, using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Perform administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and supply ordering Serve as a key functional resource by answering internal customer inquiries Support headcount planning activities, including submission tracking and reporting Assist with HR‑related inquiries to build foundational HR knowledge Required qualifications Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 1 year’ experience in human resources or a related field Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills Team‑oriented with a proactive, learning mindset Compensation Minimum Salary: $55,120 Maximum Salary: $93,704 Location & Details Nearest Major Market: Boston Job Segment: Administrative Assistant, Project Manager, HR, Supply, Developer, Administrative, Technology, Human Resources, Operations Requisition ID: 615560 EEO Statement Boston Scientific Corporation has been and will continue to be an equal opportunity employer.
