The Store General Manager is the heartbeat of our client’s operation, leading the team, driving sales, and ensuring every customer leaves happier than they arrived. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment, loves developing people, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily store operations to achieve sales, profit, and customer service goals.
• Open new store locations , from setup to staffing to successful launch.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team focused on guest experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality standards in every interaction.
• Manage financial performance — including P&L, budgeting, labor costs, and inventory control.
• Be hands-on during shifts , modeling teamwork and operational excellence.
• Adapt to change and help implement new systems, products, and processes as the company grows.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety, and cleanliness standards.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a Store Manager or General Manager in a restaurant, café, or retail environment.
• Proven experience opening new store locations preferred.
• Strong understanding of restaurant or retail financials (P&L, budgeting, scheduling, and inventory).
• A self-starter with excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must love hands-on work — this is a roll-up-your-sleeves kind of role!
• Flexible, positive, and ready to grow with an evolving brand .

Compensation Package:

• Competitive base salary $55,000–$65,000 , plus bonus opportunities based on store profitability.
