We are looking to fill Senior Property Accountant position in Dallas. This is with a prominent real estate company. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years' experience within property accounting. The position will be responsible to perform full cycle accounting, financial reporting, audit assistance, and interaction with different departments.
This is a hybrid position and offers great work flexibility. The position pays 90K-95K+Bonus. This company offers outstanding benefits and it's known to provide excellent work-life balance. Responsibilities: • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages • Accrual and cash journal entries • Review operating statements and variance reports • Prepare monthly income statement variance analysis. • Perform CAM reconciliations • Interact and communicate with property managers Education and Experience: • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience • Recent commercial, retail or multifamily accounting experience Skills: • Must be proficient in MS Excel • Experience working in Real Estate related ERP systems such as Yardi, MRI or Onesite "Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
