As a Senior Brand Designer for Events, you will bring brand experiences to life across live activations, trade shows, and proprietary events. You will translate brand identity into cohesive and memorable physical experiences, designing event graphics, stage setups, signage, and environmental elements. Collaborating closely with creative, events, and external partners, you will ensure that every touchpoint reflects the brand’s personality and quality. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on design execution, allowing you to influence the visual storytelling of large-scale experiences while maintaining consistency across all platforms. You will also mentor peers, streamline design processes, and contribute to evolving the brand’s visual language for both physical and digital spaces.
Accountabilities:
· Conceptualize and design event identities, environmental graphics, and on-site visual systems for conferences, exhibitions, and field activations.
· Extend the brand identity into physical spaces, including stage design, signage, presentations, collateral, and branded materials.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including events, marketing, and external vendors, to ensure design solutions meet strategic and logistical goals.
· Translate creative concepts into production-ready assets while maintaining high quality and consistency across all executions.
· Develop scalable templates and design systems for efficient rollout of future events.
· Experiment with visual language and contribute to evolving the brand’s identity and experiential design approach.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field.
· 8+ years of experience in brand design, with a portfolio showcasing event-related projects and strong brand identity work.
· Expertise in typography, composition, layout, and visual storytelling for both print and digital environments.
· Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with events, marketing, and vendor partners.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
· Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills, with a proactive and positive attitude.
· Comfortable managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality design under tight timelines.
