We are currently hiring vigilant and professional Security Guards for an upcoming event. This role is critical in maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and vendors. The ideal candidate will have a strong presence, quick decision-making abilities, and a commitment to enforcing safety protocols and policies throughout the event.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols and monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) to detect and prevent potential threats.
- Identify and respond swiftly to any suspicious behavior, emergencies, or security breaches.
- Enforce event rules, access control, and crowd management procedures.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while managing conflict or disruptive behavior.
- Liaise with event organizers and law enforcement if needed.
- Provide support and guidance to attendees and staff, ensuring a welcoming but secure environment.
- Document and report all incidents, observations, and actions taken during the event.
Requirements & Skills
- Use of Force Certification – Mandatory.
- Experience in security, loss prevention, or law enforcement is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay alert, focused, and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and behavior.
- Flexible availability during event dates and hours.
