Hours and Pay

• Part Time, 32 hours biweekly 
• Shifts includes weekends - Saturday 7am-3:30pm & Sunday 3:30pm-11pm 
• Must work 1 Winter Holiday & 1 Summer Holiday
• $17.50/hour

Job Description

• Greets visitors and residents courteously and assists with questions/problems or refers to appropriate department.
• Serves as central communications during emergencies.
• Answers all incoming calls in a timely manner and directs calls to appropriate party.
• Completes administrative duties including but not limited to mail distribution, copying, computer work, etc. 
• Monitors security cameras in conjunction with security staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of reception experience with heavy public contact, or in a security monitoring environment required.
• High school diploma required
