• Handle inbound sales calls and warm leads.
• Quote, bind, and service personal lines insurance policies
• Close sales daily through tailored product offerings
• Provide exceptional customer service during and after the sale
• Help clients understand coverage options and build long-term trust
• Work closely with your manager and teammates to grow your book
• Adapt to ongoing training and development to improve closing rates

Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty License or be actively seeking to acquire their license. Licensing reimbursement available.

• Strong work ethic and a high level of personal accountability
• Coachable and open to learning our proven systems
• Clear, professional communication and active listening skills is a must!
• Organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and calls daily
• Sales, service, or call center experience is preferred!
