Compensation: $65/Hour

The Sage Group’s client is in search of a Learning & Creative Project Manager, that plays a key role in shaping how Legal & Global Security (LGS) leaders learn, connect, and grow. This role blends project management, communications, and event production to deliver high-impact experiences for employees. You’ll partner closely with program leads, writers, instructional designers, and video producers to bring a concept to launch, ensuring every detail reflects the standard of clarity, craft, and simplicity.

Responsibilities:

Program Management: Drive end-to-end planning for a new leadership development program — managing timelines, milestones, logistics, and deliverables across multiple workstreams (learning content, communications, events, and measurement).

Content Production: Oversee video projects, working with the ECL creative and communications teams to ensure alignment, quality, and timely delivery.

Events: Support logistics and execution of in-person and virtual sessions, ensuring a seamless participant experience across all touchpoints.

Training Content Management: Collaborate and track learning content (both in person and online) and the annual refresh cycle for training content across a variety of trainings

Operational Excellence: Manage timelines, monitor dependencies, and drive follow-through — keeping teams informed, aligned, and moving forward.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in project management, learning programs, events, or creative production.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills; you thrive in fast-moving, detail-rich environments.
  • Familiarity with video production, event planning, and enterprise learning systems.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and a deep respect for the culture of simplicity and excellence.
