Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer (Web Design/Figma) - Contract to Hire
Location: Orlando or Miami, FL (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite/2 Days Remote)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to create visually appealing and effective graphics for various platforms (website, social media, marketing materials, etc.).
- Design and prototype user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web projects using Figma.
- Translate design concepts and wireframes into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Assist in the creation of website assets, including icons, banners, and imagery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage and organize design files effectively.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on digital and web design.
- Proficiency in Figma is essential.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience with web design fundamentals, including responsive design and usability.
- Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and web design projects.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be located in the Orlando or Miami, Florida area and able to work a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of web development workflows.
- Motion graphics or video editing skills.
- Experience with project management tools.
