We're seeking a highly motivated and creatively curious Brand Concept Designer Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a design student or recent graduate who thrives in ambiguity, loves building from scratch, and is excited by the challenge of turning bold, never-before-seen brand ideas into compelling visual proofs-of-concept. As part of our creative team, you'll work directly under the guidance of an Associate Creative Director to explore and visualize big idea brand concepts many of which have no existing references. You'll be responsible for translating strategic creative direction into early-stage design executions that help bring visionary ideas to life.
Program eligibility is contingent on the candidate's commitment of the entire 10-week program. No exceptions will be made.
Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship. Graduating August 2026 May 2028. Preferred fields include but not limited to: Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field. Intern must be able to work 40 hours per week during the 10-week program (June 1 August 6, 2026).
Intern must be able to work 30-40 hours per week during the 10-week program (June August). Intern must have reliable transportation to/from work location (Lumen does not provide transportation to/from Lumen office locations). US Citizenship required.
Internship compensation ranges depend on each individual's level of education, geographic location, and experience/qualifications aligned to the role. Hourly Based Pay Range: Min: $26/hour Max: $38/hour.
