Job Description

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a HRIS Analyst to join our team in Raleigh, NC. Onsite, Hybrid, and Remote options available.

HRIS Analyst Role Overview

The HRIS Analyst supports the People & Culture team by providing Tier 1 support for Workday, maintaining HR systems, and optimizing processes. The role requires attention to detail, system passion, and customer service orientation. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, troubleshooting, and creating SOPs for consistency and compliance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first contact for HR inquiries and Workday issues, including navigation, transactions, and reporting.
  • Support functions like Benefits, Compensation, Learning, Talent, and business processes.
  • Manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.
  • Perform password resets, assign security roles, and manage organizational changes.
  • Conduct audits and clean-up to ensure data accuracy across Workday modules.
  • Monitor processes, follow up, and take corrective actions.
  • Support data entry and organizational updates.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, job aids, training videos, and communications.
  • Ensure documentation reflects current configurations and practices.
  • Assist in training HR team members and end-users.
  • Develop and run reports and dashboards using Workday tools.
  • Support data requests, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HRIS processes.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and system upgrades.
  • Assist with projects and upgrades as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of HRIS experience, preferably with Workday, including core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Security, Reporting, or Talent.
  • At least 1 year of Workday administration experience.
  • Proficiency in Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Customer-service and collaborative mindset.
