Job Description
Clean guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
Replace linens, towels, and other room amenities according to hotel standards.
Refill supplies (toiletries, coffee, tissues, etc.) in guest rooms.
Empty trash and remove dirty linens.
Check rooms for maintenance issues and report any damages or needed repairs to management.
Restock housekeeping carts at the end of each shift.
Clean and maintain hallways, stairways, and public areas.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
Assist with laundry as needed.
Ensure all assigned rooms are completed within the required time frames.
Respond to guest requests politely and promptly.
Follow hotel policies, procedures, and cleaning checklists.
