Job Summary:

The Epic Willow Analyst is responsible for the implementation, support, maintenance, and optimization of the Epic Willow Pharmacy module. This role involves collaborating with clinical and technical teams to ensure the efficient use of Epic Willow in supporting pharmacy workflows and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide build, configuration, and ongoing support for the Epic Willow module .

• Analyze and optimize pharmacy workflows in coordination with pharmacists and clinicians.

• Design and maintain medication dictionaries, order sets, and clinical decision support.

• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Epic and other IT teams for resolution.

• Participate in testing, validation, and upgrades of Epic Willow.

• Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with other Epic module teams for system integration and interoperability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Epic Willow certification

• 3+ years of experience supporting or implementing Epic Willow.

• Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows and medication management.

• Experience with build activities, test scripts, and change management processes.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
