Hours & Pay - Schedule: 1st shift, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. (30-minute lunch)
- In office Monday-Thursday
- Remote work on Fridays
- Pay Rate: $22-$25 per hour

What You'll Do Each Day - Review incoming purchase orders for accuracy and compliance with order guidelines
- Enter and acknowledge customer orders from email, fax, and customer portals into the ERP system
- Monitor order status to ensure timely processing and fulfillment
- Track order dates, schedule changes, and shipping updates to maintain alignment across teams
- Communicate order confirmations, updates, delays, and issues clearly and professionally with customers
- Collaborate with planning, production, sales, purchasing, engineering, logistics, and project teams to resolve discrepancies
- Escalate order issues, system concerns, or unusual trends promptly to leadership
- Maintain accurate customer account records, order documentation, and correspondence
- Respond quickly to changes requested by customers or internal teams to prevent production delays
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and relay messages accurately
- Prepare order and status summaries to support internal reporting needs
What We're Looking For - High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative support
- Experience in a manufacturing or inventory-driven environment preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong data entry accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Epicor ERP or similar systems strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
- Ability to sit for extended periods, work at a computer, and lift up to 15 lbs as needed
