*Your Responsibilities:*
As an Associate Attorney, you will be consulting on the following:

* LLC, S-Corp and other entity set-ups
* Estate Planning
* Tax Planning
* Self-Directed Retirement Planning
* Small and medium business counseling/advising
* Working with clients from all over North America

*Skills & Abilities:*
We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney for our Phoenix, AZ office. The ideal candidate must have:

* at least 1 year experience with business, tax, and estate planning
* customer service focus and ability to interact with clients daily
* strong communication skills as Attorneys consult and advise clients and paralegals handle the routine document drafting and filing (e.g. entities, estate plans).
* willingness to keep up with frequent changes in existing laws and desire to learn new areas of law
* aptitude for cooperation and collaboration with staff and colleagues in various departments
* ability to follow through and utilize effective time management skills

*Preferred experience:*

* Advising small and mid-sized businesses on business structures and entity set-up, tax considerations and minimization strategies, transactions, and business and estate planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
