Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with clients, guiding your team towards achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales objectives and targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts.
Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, providing coaching and support to enhance their skills.
