  • Guest Booking & Research: Proactively identify, research, and book high-quality, topic-driven guests who can provide insightful commentary and enhance the overall value of our podcast discussions.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Digital Journalism & Social Media Acumen: Strong proficiency in digital journalism practices and a proven track record of leveraging social media effectively to promote content and engage with audiences.

  • Sound Decision-Making: The ability to make quick, informed, and accurate decisions, both during high-pressure breaking news situations and during routine production shifts.

  • Talent Interaction: Proven experience and comfort interacting professionally and effectively with high-profile talent and guests.

  • Guest Booking Expertise: A solid history of successfully booking high-quality guests who contribute significantly to content and audience engagement.

  • Collaborative & Positive Attitude: Excellent communication skills, a positive and proactive attitude, and a strong ability to work seamlessly as part of a collaborative team.
